ppvio Terms & Conditions — Complete Membership Guide

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services on the ppvio platform — including Sports Betting, casino games, live dealer, virtual games, and any promotional activities. By accessing or using the ppvio website or app, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Ppvio's services are available only to individuals who are legally permitted to use such services in their own jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their area of residence. ppvio does not operate in certain countries or regions — this is verified at the time of registration.

To open an account with ppvio, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old — no exceptions.
• A valid, active email address and mobile number are required.
• Your full name, date of birth, and address must be accurate and complete.
• Each person may only open one account — multiple accounts by the same individual are not permitted.
• It is your responsibility to notify ppvio if any information provided at the time of registration changes.

Ppvio may request identity documents at any time — such as a National ID, passport, or driving licence. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer). Withdrawals may be suspended until KYC is completed.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact ppvio support immediately.

Ppvio currently supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and selected credit/debit cards. The list of available payment methods may change from time to time.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: Varies by payment method — typically up to ৳30,000 for bKash.
• Processing Time: Most deposits are instant, though some may take up to 15 minutes to reflect.

Deposited funds must be used solely for betting and gaming activities. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — the account and payment source must belong to the same person.

Ppvio aims to release your winnings as quickly as possible. Please keep the following rules in mind when making a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Processing Time: Typically completed within 30 minutes — and no longer than 24 hours.
• KYC: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Return via the same method: Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit — this is mandatory for anti-money laundering compliance.

Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met. Your own deposited funds, however, can be withdrawn at any time with no restrictions.

Ppvio offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, but certain general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Before claiming any bonus, read the terms carefully — especially the wagering requirements (the number of times you must bet the bonus amount).
• Welcome bonuses typically require the combined deposit and bonus amount to be wagered 20–30 times.
• If wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• You cannot have multiple bonuses active at the same time unless a specific promotion explicitly allows it.
• Any abuse of bonuses or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and winnings.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on ppvio. Knowing them will help you avoid unnecessary confusion:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — verify all details before making your decision.
• If the odds change, the system will prompt you to confirm the new odds — this is an automated process.
• If a match is cancelled, ppvio refunds the original stake — no winnings or losses apply.
• If a match is abandoned before it begins at the ground or venue, all bets on that match will be considered void.
• Ppvio reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• If match-fixing or manipulation is suspected, payouts on the relevant bets may be withheld pending investigation.

Ppvio is committed to providing a fair and equal environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts for one person, or using one family member's account to claim bonuses on behalf of another.
• Placing bets using betting software, bots, or automation tools.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.

Ppvio monitors all unusual betting patterns. If any suspicious activity is detected, your account may be suspended pending a full investigation.

Ppvio reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide KYC documents within the required timeframe, or submission of false documents.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

You may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. If ppvio closes your account, your regular (bonus-free) balance will be refunded.

Ppvio strives to keep the platform as error-free and uninterrupted as possible; however, ppvio is not liable for the following:

• Missed bets due to third-party internet service disruptions.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to an issue on the user's device.
• Due to temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.

If a dispute arises, contact the ppvio support team directly in the first instance. The support team typically resolves complaints within 24 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, you have the option to escalate it to ppvio's licensing authority.

Ppvio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via your registered email and in-app notifications.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. Check this page regularly — the "Last Updated" date is shown at the top of the page.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
